It’s important to us that you get off to a good start, as it contributes to creating job satisfaction from day one and establishing a strong network in the company.
All new employees get a thorough introduction when they start a job here in Ramboll. The introduction ensures that you will quickly feel at home with your new tasks, your new colleagues and with Ramboll.
We have divided the introductory process into three phases; the first phase is an introduction to your everyday tasks and your colleagues in your new department. You will be assigned a buddy to help you settle in and make sure that you get off to a good start. The next phase is a presentation of the division you’re a part of. The final phase is an overall introduction to Ramboll as a company, where you will also meet the management and other new employees, who were hired at the same time as you.
